Where can I try/purchase JO LOVES?
We would be delighted to welcome you to our London showroom. To arrange your visit call 0207 259 1430 or email customerservice@joloves.com.
If you are unable to visit in person, please contact us by phone or email as above and we will send you up to 2 complimentary samples of you choice.
How do I purchase a product?
Select your shipping destination in the top right hand corner of the screen, add the product you would like to purchase to your bag and then follow the prompts to complete your order in the checkout.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, simply call customer services on 0207 259 1430 and we will be delighted to process your order.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We do not accept American Express.
Delivery/shipping charges
Delivery/shipping is charged at a flat rate per order not per item. For further details click here.

How do I track my order?
When your order is despatched you will receive a unique tracking number by email. You can then check the status of your order by clicking on the link in the email.

How do I organise a return/exchange?
Please contact our Collections Centre on 01234 227145 to arrange a convenient time for collection. Follow the instructions on the reverse of your despatch note and include a daytime contact number should we need to contact you.
