Which products can be shipped to international destinations?
We are able to ship all products outside of the UK except 100ml fragrances due to international shipping regulations.
Can my order be shipped to an address other than the billing address ?
Yes, simply log into your account and then click "my addresses" to store different shipping addresses.
Can I change the shipping address once my order has been confirmed ?

My red box hasn't arrived, what shall I do?
if you have not received your parcel within the delivery timelines, please log into your account, click on "my orders", and display the order status. If you need more assistance, please contact customerservice@joloves.com
My parcel was damaged in transit. What should i do ?
We do everything to ensure this doesn't happen, but if your order does arrive damaged, please get in touch straight away - customerservice@joloves.com
