You may return items bought at joloves.com in their original, unused and saleable condition for a refund within 28 working days from receipt. This excludes personalised items which cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please follow the steps below to return any unused products. The cost of the return label (£3.50) will be deducted from your refund:
1. Locate Your Order Number: If you have a Jo Loves account, sign in and find the order you wish to return. For guest orders, check your order status to locate the necessary information.
2. Start a Return & Print Your Return Label: Once you have located your order, click on "Return Order" and follow the provided instructions to print your return label. You will receive an email with tracking information and a copy of the label for your records. Alternatively, please visit the following page: Start a Return
3. Affix the Return Label: Pack your items securely and tape the package closed. Attach the return label, ensuring you remove or cover the original shipping label. Your package is now ready to be dropped off at a post office or parcel shop.
If you received any complimentary items with your order, these will need to be returned as well.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
If you purchased from Jo Loves and your item becomes faulty within one year of purchase, please contact us at advice@joloves.com for assistance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or support beyond this one-year period.
If the items you receive are incorrect, or if you’ve received an order that you did not place, please contact our Customer Experience team at advice@joloves.com within 14 days of delivery.
If you've received incorrect items, please include a photo of what you received so we can verify the issue and review your order.
We will arrange to collect any incorrect or unintended items and ensure any missing or replacement products are sent to you free of charge.
If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence via email or post within 14 days of receiving your order. If we confirm that the damage occurred during transit, we will arrange a replacement for you.
If a refund is issued by us, subject to these conditions, the payment will be returned to your original payment method as soon as possible, and no later than 14 working days after we receive the returned goods.
For items bought in store, we are unable to accept returns for any reason except a fault with the goods. If you find that your item is faulty, please bring it to the shop with proof of purchase, and we will process your refund.
Please note that proof of purchase is necessary to process a refund.
We are unable to refund personalised products.
