Jo Loves Subscription Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to customers who enrol in the Jo Loves subscription service for regular deliveries of selected products. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
1. Overview of the Subscription Service
The Jo Loves subscription service allows you to receive selected products, including bath & shower gels, body lotions, hand wash and hand lotions, delivered to your home at regular intervals. You will be billed automatically based on the delivery frequency you select (e.g. every 1, 2 or 3 months).
By subscribing, you agree to these terms and authorise Jo Loves to charge your chosen payment method for recurring orders.
2. Subscription Benefits
- 10% off all subscription products.
- Free standard UK delivery on all recurrent subscription orders after the first order.
- Full control to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.
3. How It Works
When you subscribe, you will select:
- The product(s) you wish to receive.
- Your preferred delivery frequency.
- Your shipping address and payment details.
- You will receive an email reminder 3โ5 days before your next payment is due, and your card will be charged automatically before dispatch.
4. Billing & Payments
Payments will be processed automatically via your saved payment method.
If your payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess it. If unsuccessful after several attempts, your order will be cancelled.
Prices for subscription items already include the subscription discount.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time by logging into your Jo Loves account. From there, you can:
- Change the products in your subscription.
- Adjust delivery frequency.
- Update your payment or delivery details.
- Skip an upcoming order.
- Pause or cancel your subscription.
Please note: any changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- All subscription orders include free standard UK delivery.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Subscription delivery is currently available within the United Kingdom only.
7. Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are covered by our Returns Policy.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription after your second delivery. You can do so by logging into your account and navigating to the Subscriptions section.
Please ensure cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged.
There are no cancellation fees. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be stopped or refunded unless faulty.
9. Product Availability
If a subscribed product becomes temporarily out of stock:
- You will be notified by email in advance.
- You can choose to wait, swap to an alternative, or skip that shipment.
- If no action is taken, your subscription will be paused until the item is back in stock.
10. Price Changes & Product Updates
We reserve the right to update subscription prices or discontinue specific products.
You will be given at least 30 days' notice by email before any pricing changes come into effect.
You may cancel your subscription before the changes are applied if you do not wish to proceed.
11. Fair Use Policy
Jo Loves subscriptions are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse subscriptions that appear to be for resale or abuse of promotional pricing.

We handle your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

What is the Jo Loves subscription service?
Our subscription service allows you to receive your favourite Jo Loves products (including bath & shower gels, body lotions, hand wash and hand lotions) delivered automatically at intervals that suit you, with 10% off and free UK delivery on every order.

You can currently subscribe to bath & shower gels, body lotions, hand wash and hand lotions. Weโll be adding more soon!

When will I be charged?
Youโll be charged automatically based on the frequency you selected (e.g. every 1, 2 or 3 months). Weโll send you an email 3โ5 days before each charge so youโre always informed.
What if my payment doesnโt go through?
Weโll attempt to retry the payment. If weโre unable to charge your card within a few days, your order will be cancelled and your subscription paused.
Can I update my card details?
Yes, just log in to your account and update your payment method under Subscriptions.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
You will just need to pay the first delivery. After the first purchase, all UK subscription orders include free standard delivery.
Can I track my subscription orders?
Yes, weโll email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer subscriptions outside the UK?
Not at this time. Weโre currently only offering subscriptions for delivery within mainland UK.
How do I skip, pause or cancel a delivery?
Log into your Jo Loves account, go to the Subscriptions section, and choose whether to skip, pause or cancel. Itโs simple and commitment-free.
When do I need to make changes by?
Please make any changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to ensure they apply to your next order.
Can I change the products or frequency?
Absolutely. You can adjust what you receive and how often at any time via your account.
What happens if a product I subscribe to is out of stock?
Weโll email you before your next charge. You can choose to wait, swap the product, or skip that shipment.
Can I return subscription products?
Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy. Products must be unused and in their original condition. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees or penalties.
Can I use a subscription for gifting?
Currently, our subscription service is for personal use only. Gifting options may be available in future.
How is my data protected?
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws.
