1. What is Try Me, Love Me?
Try Me, Love Me is a fragrance discovery programme. Begin with a 2ml vial, live with it, and if you fall in love, enjoy £10 off your chosen 100ml fragrance.
2. How does it work?
Simply purchase a 2ml vial. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a unique £10 discount code by email. When you decide to purchase the 100ml version of that fragrance, apply the code at checkout.
3. How will I receive my voucher code?
Your £10 code will be emailed to you after buying a 2ml vial. Each vial comes with one code. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it isn’t there, contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to help.
4. Can I use more than one voucher per purchase?
No, only one Try Me, Love Me voucher can be applied per transaction.
5. Is the voucher valid on any product size?
The voucher is exclusively valid for the 100ml fragrance bottle of the scent you sampled.
6. When does my voucher expire?
Your £10 voucher code is valid until 15th November 2025. It must be used before this date.
7. Can I choose more than one trial fragrance?
Yes, you may purchase multiple vials to explore different scents. Each vial comes with its own unique discount code, but only one code can be redeemed per order.
8. Can I use the voucher on other products?
The £10 voucher can only be redeemed against the 100ml fragrance of the scent you sampled. It cannot be used on any other products.
9. What happens if I return a fragrance purchased with a voucher?
If you return the 100ml fragrance purchased with a discount code, the voucher cannot be reinstated or reissued.
